FYI I had a perfect launch, perfect 1-2 shift with just enough "chirp" and he was gone. I had my brother in the car (another 175lbs) and the Z06 is much lighter to begin with. Its the 385ft vs the 259ft that makes a lot of the difference I am sure....the M3 simply can not come close to keeping up with a Z06 in straight line thrust...on a track...maybe closer, but no way straight line.

And I suspect it could teach the M5 a lesson or two. Would be interesting.
