How much for a '95 w/ cloth-suede seats? (archive)

What would you say would be a 'great' price for a '95 M3 / manual transmission / Cloth-suede seats / Sunroof / 35 - 40K miles / very nice condition ??
I sold my '95 a couple of years ago, and now miss it so much I am looking for a replacement, but it needs to be inexpensive...
Any thoughts on price in general, and non-leather specifically?
