My 97 M3/4 has ASC on it and I was wondering if anyone had any info on how this system worked and it's pros and cons. What is the difference between ASC and ASC+T. I'm assuming mine just has ASC since that is all it says when I push the button. When the light comes on the dash, the ASC is off (correct?), but I really can't tell that much difference. Any info and advice would be appreciated. I'm trying to learn all the stuff on this new car.

Not sure if there's any difference between ASC and ASC+T. Uses brake and throttle control to
limit wheel spin. Not as sophisticated as DSC. I think BMW website might have some explanations.

Rgds,
Norm
