I recall either Car & Driver or Road & Track test driving an Esprit. At one point of the test, the car refused to engage reverse gear and they had to push it out of the parking space. Let's not mention the old style GM interior, horrendous pedal offset, and total lack of quality control. For a Porsche or Ferrari that lack of quality is totally unacceptable. I will give props to the Esprit though. The car is a LOOKER!


V8 twin turbo... mmmmm probably a lot you could do to that car.
