You should be able to get a '95 with about 65k for approximately $20k.

With 81k, unless there has been documented major maintenance (which you can see ahead of time) and the car is impecable, I would say you're sitting at $18k.

If you are interested in a '95 M3 with 65k or less on the clock for $20k-$24k let me know. I created a master list of most of the cars available now.
