Have someone (in the know and qualified) carefully inspect the frame for any signs of stress or damage. If the frame is OK, and you want a solid track car (or don't care about not having any value in the car) then it's an OK buy. For a street car, as you can see from the price, this car has little value. But who cares if it has aftermarket (even cheap) parts if it's a dedicated racer? Lots of the best fully-prepp'd track cars started their life as salvage title cars.

Just my $0.02. As long as you go in with your eyes open... you're getting what you paid for..
