Those mods don't change your gearing. Maybe if you changed the overall diameter of your tires....

None of the things that you mentioned will effect the rpm at a given speed. The engine is directly connected to the road through the tranny and tires. So if you are going at a certain speed...your engine rpm can be calculated from that.
