Do you have any experience with owning or buying these cars? If you own one, how's the reliability and maintenance? Any common problems? Are spare parts very expensive? As for buying one, what should I look for? I know I'll look for rust and I'll send it to a master Mercedes mechanic for inspection. But is there anything I should look very closely at? I don't want to spend $25-$30k on some concours-condition beauty. Maybe $14-$19k for a nice weekend driver.

I've looked at many sites, but I can't find any helpful info on these cars? Do you know where I could find some information?
