Michelin doesn't seem to make the 245/40-17 Mxx3 anymore (or they are just VERY hard to find). Jim from Tirerack suggested the 255s and I *think* he said that BMW had given its good graces to that size.

I plan on switching to 245/40 S03s when these tires wear out, though ..
