First you'll have to remove the foglight from the bumper. You can do that by sticking a flat head screw driver into the whole towards the top corner of break cooling duct next to the foglight.
It's kind of a bitch to find it the first time (once you find it once it's a cinch to do it again), but what you're looking for is this little hook. Push the hook back with the screwdriver and that will pop the fog light out. Then, remove the round black cover off the back of the foglight by twisting it, this will reveal the bulb and wiring. Just undo the clip holding the bulb in, and unplug the wire connected to it (or in opposite order, which ever you please) Then, put the new bulb in, plug the wire back on to it, and cover it up with the black cover, and then just pop the lamp back in. When putting the lamp back in, slide the side towards the outsides of the car in first, then push it straight back until you feel it click, and viola, you're foglamp should work just fine.

By the way, in case you didn't already know, the foglight uses an H1 size bulb.
