Opinions on oil are like religion. That said, I use Mobil One 0W-30, but recently switched to Amsoil 0W-30.

The '0' bottom number helps lubrication at cold start. At operating temp, it operates under the '30' number just like 10-30 or 5-30. It provides a margin of extra protection over 5-30.
