I'm sure I’m correct in saying this...

You will need to remove the seat from the car, (disconnect the battery before doing this, saves problems with the air bag light later on, also stops the risk of the seat belt tensioner activating...) remove the 3/4 off torx screws located under the seat pointing upwards into the seat cushion base. Then you need to force over the spring on the extendable leg piece (mine is a saloon, probably different on Vader’s etc) the cushion should then lift off. How you dismantle the cover from the cushion i don't know, too late now to go down and pull mine apart, can have a look tomorrow if you still need to know (one of my seats is apart sitting in the garage awaiting to go back into my car, long storey :o)

Good luck

i can feel the metal plate wanting to push through the leather on the side cushion of driver's seat. i'd like to stuff some foam in there. any ideas?
