HELP!!! Don't know what happened (m) (archive)

Hey guys I was out and was doin some stop light racin just like to c how quick I could get off the line, and at one light I slid the clutch out when i was bout 3-3.5k RPM and I got on it. Then once I got to 6K I got off it and i wasnt really goin anywhere. I was movin but like 3MPH. I shifted to 2nd then 3rd and I still wouldnt really go. Then finally i got back to 3rd and I was movin along fine. I never got past 6k and not quite sure if I made it to it exactly, but I listend to the engine and it kinda sounds like a rubbing sound now. Help me what happened. I drove it home and it went fine, but what happened at the stop light??? Thanx in advance.
