When you go you will have to sit until the clerk of the court calls your case. This could take awhile. Anyways, once your in front of the judge he will review the ticket and then give you a lecture and ask you why you were doing 88 mph. DON'T LIE!! This will cause you more problems. Then the judge will ask you what your plea is. Either guilty, no contest which is the same as guilty and not guilty. If you say not guilty then you will have a trial which you won't win and then the court costs are a ton that you will have to pay if you loose which you will. Tell him you want to see the district attorney. Talk to the DA and get a plea bargin to reduce the points and the fine if your lucky. You might have to take a defensive driving class as a result of the plea bargin.
