Any higher performance pad you put on will heat the rotors up quite a bit! High performance pads are very happy at higher temps. They don't really fad until reaching a VERY high temp (depends on the pad). This will increase the probablity of warping on any rotor. IMHO, the euro rotors aren't worth it. They seem to warp just as easily as the regular pads and they cost 3x.

I have read through the archives and it seems that some ppl have overheated their Euro rotors by using higher performance (than street) brake pads.... mainly PF-R4S pads... I am about to get some Mintex C-tech's (im guessing the 1144 pads, whichever Bekkers sells) I was wondering if anyone know if I would have the overheating rotor problem with this setup?

Also, I am looking for a low dust pad, is the mintex ctech a good choice, or should i go for something else? Im really wanting to steer clear from the EBC stuff though, I've heard too many bad things about them.
