I just replaced the shock mounts on my 95 M3. The car is stock all around. I have driven 400-500 miles since replacing the shock mounts. The rear passenger side is making the same noise as before when it was a bad shock mount. I haven't taken the car to the track and it has only been street driven. The shock tower mount is not cracked and looked like it was in great condition. Is it common for these to fail like this? The replaced mounts were the stock mounts what mounts should I get instead?
