I would agree. Check the coolant sensor and the wiring. Mine went bad too. Easy fix, and the sensor was only a few bucks.

FYI -- I use Alexander BMW in Los Angeles. They seem to be the cheapest if you are a CCA member. I don't recall the # right now, but it is like 888-call nick or somethinglike that, just do a search. I found they beat everybodys price on multiple occassions. Tim
