OK, now normally I drive swiftly and agressively but I always keep other drivers in mind (knowing that most American drivers are idiots and might pull into my lane at ANY moment)...but I just couldn't help having a little fun on the Beltway this past Saturday morning, around's what happened...

My friend and I were in Gretchen on our way over to pick something up from where I work after a nice (strip-clubs) night out :P I'm driving calm and normal, about 75-80 on the beltway (the V1 protecting me and little to no traffic on the road) when all of a sudden....vsssswn...a superbike FLIES by....then vsssswn, another and another and another....they're all around slows, lifts his visor and, I didn't think twice, I just said, "hold on" and off we little more than 30 seconds I was on top of them...100 or so...want to see some funny faces? They didn't think it was too funny, so off they went... I pursued, at 130 through the slow sweeping turns of the beltway (between Perring Parkway and Cromwell Bridge Rd.) I overtook all of them and continued up to about 145 (I saw 147 on the speedo) before I quickly braked and exited at Providence Rd...the great part wasn't just how stunned they were that a yellow four wheeled car could best them like that, but that one by one, they ran out of juice....115, 120, 125, 130....I don't think a single one had the power to try me past 135...they were bouncin' all over the place and are probably all sore this morning...meanwhile, CCR was quietly serenading us as the heated seats kept me nice and relaxed! I must say that even though I've had her faster, I was unbelievably surprised at how sure-footed she was on pavement/curves/undulations at 135-145MPH....

Don't try this at home...I'm a trained driver on (virtually)closed roads!! :)

and let's not forget Gretchen
