first of all, i have a custom chip installed. i dont have any documentation on it at all; its supposedly written by a retired BMW programmer. similar in effects to the other chips out there.

i've got a UUC exhaust system and that is awesome.

1. i want to start working on modding the intake side of things. from the archives I'm getting the feeling that the ECIS intake is the best way to go but that it doesnt fit with the Euro HFM which i might want to add later on. so what is the right product to choose?

2. will i have to spend money again on a chip made by the intake manufacturer (dinan, ecis,jc,etc) to reap the effects of the intake? and then again when i add the Euro HFM?

3. is there a site or does anyone have any sound bites of the different intake offerings? i'm all about getting powerful sound but would like to hear them first.

thanks a lot to anyone who can offer advice!
