I believe that BMW has an AGREEMENT with Dinan that they would not void out any part of thier warranty if Dinan item were installed. I am almost POSITIVE. CALL DINAN and tell them what the dealer said, and that you thought their equipment was "excluded" from BMW not honoring the warranty.

Let us know what they say. Tim

Spoke with Dinan and the tech confirmed that BMW will not honor drivetrain warranty because of supercharger. However, in Dinan and their dealers experience BMW has not refused warranty repairs on the emission systems or systems not related to drivetrain(basic). The tech is going to call and speak with Murray and see what is going on there. He said that dealerships in their experience will always at least try to get BMW to approve repairs. I think that the o2 sensor is bad or faulted and based on this would expect that the repair be covered under warranty. Dinan said it normally is and would be very surprised in BMW didn't honor emissions warranty due to supercharger.
Regardless, wouldn't give up the supercharger!
