This new tire might have narrowed the gap a little bit, but it's almost certain that it is still a compromise of ultimate dry grip for better rain/snow grip. It might be ok for your tipical driver to drive on these tire during summer, but I doubt that they will provide sufficient grip for us M3 drivers.


Hey, check out this link. I have michelin pilot sport tires and I am deciding what to do this winter. I may purchase some old front wheel or 4WD/AWD car/truck/SUV because I am not sure I want to drive my M3 in the snow. And I am not crazy about purchasing snow wheels and tires. But, these new tires sound sweet. The dealer here has no idea what I am talking about. This must be new on the web site.
