So what is the corrected horsepower numbers for the 00 M5 and 01 M3? What factor are you going to use if it is not 1.21?

The drivetrain loss is something that has to be measured (there are ways). I don't know what it is for the E39 M5 or E46 M3, but you can't assume that it's the same as the E36 M3.
