Karl removed the adjustable fuel regulator, the super AFR, and the HKS FCD. He then tuned the car on the dyno with larger 35 lb injectors and his laptop. Air to fuel ratio was almost perfect 12:1. He richened it up a bit for the change in temperature here in Georgia. The colder it is the leaner your car will be. Mind you I am running Random Technology hi-flow cats as well no cats=more power.
My car is the first Mechtech Karl has tuned. The guys there had never seen the system before. But the results are pleasing.
He also modified the OBD2 computer so that a new chip can easily be installed without having to send the entire computer back to him.
