Probably all my fluid changes (tranny, final drive, brake fluid flush - cause of the cylinder replacement), and since she'll be in the air: fuel filter, front wheel bearings, rear shock mounts and lower control arm bushings?

Enforcer tranny mounts at the same time. The shift console is an aluminum piece, connected to the tranny at the front and to the underside of the floor pan at the rear. It's under the car. It's what your shift rod ball fits in at the pivot point. Since your car has that many miles, you might want to replace the bushing (don't know correct name) that holds the rear of the shift console. It's a BMW part and probably costs $10+. If you don't use a Stygar SS kit, get a new "bitch clip" from BMW (holds the front of the shift console) probably less than $10. If you do use Stygar kit, the "bitch clip" comes with it. Get a new set of high quality clutch bolts. I stripped the hex out of one of mine taking it off and had to go on a "goose chase" to find a replacement. Be prepared to replace the flywheel if it's real bad. You might also want to replace the guibo (sp). It's a rubber donut, between the tranny and driveshaft, that acts as a u-joint. They get cracked and torn with age and hard driving. Since the exhaust system will be off, check the rubber hanger donuts that support the exhaust if necessary. If you're planning on doing sway bars, the rear is much easier with the exhaust off. Front sway is an easy 30 min. DIY. That's all I can think of. Some of the stuff, like new clutch bolts is cheap insurance. The tranny mounts, "bitch clip" and rear shifter console bushing will make your shift linkage rock solid. You'll love the way it feels. And, of course, the SS kit will eliminate slop in your shift linkage and has a fairly large smile factor.
