home made silvervision bulbs (archive)

Ok, I tried this out and before re-installing the bulbs, I put one in and tried the flashers. Crap it didn't work. So, I installed all of them and it still doesn't work. Did I mess something up by trying the flahsers when I didn't have bulbs plugged into all the receptacles? When turning on the blinkers, the dash display flashes rapidly, but the turn signals do not light? Any ideas. Did I blow a fuse or burn out a relay or something?

My car is an M Roadster. I have posted this here due to the many knowledgable people here. Thanks much for help.
