With only 9k miles left on the factory warranty, you'll need a foolish buyer to fork up $35k. With that kind of $$$, the market is filled with sub-20k mile, pristine 98-99 M3's. Fair or unfair, your performance modifications usually present an image that your car has been driven hard.

I was on the other side of the fence 8 months ago. I passed on a 99 E36 M3 with 16k miles/$34k and bought a 2000 M Coupe with 2k miles/$32k. It's a buyers market out there.
