Unless the car is a BMW CPO, you factory warranty is finito at 50k miles. There are plenty of 25-40k mile M3's out there. Pay a little extra for a pristine, low mileage example...it will pay off later.

You figure the car is about 4 years old. 50K is low milage in most metropolitan areas.
