He is just bending it to reproduce the normal neutral position, and crimping the end, and there will be no ERK.



I have to say Ron is VERY cool. This all started when I found out that with the M3 you could buy the MZ3 or MCoupe shift lever and Bushing, and basically this would be a short shifter kit for your M3.

Ron emailed me and told me this would be a 33% decrease in shift throw. After reading on his website, I decided to send him the shift lever, and he is shortening it for me even further, and adding an Effor Reduction Kit.

Just so you all know, he is very helpful. I recommend him should you need any help.
