I recently installed an ECIS intake in my 97 m3. A few days afterwards, my check engine light came on. I thought it was the intake so I was going to replace it with the stock intake hoping the light would go off. I realized that I had the hfm in the wrong way! Could having the hfm in the wrong way mess the sensor up? What would need to be replaced if that sensor in the hfm went bad? The check engine light is annoying me and thats the only thing I think could be wrong. Thanks
