95M3- rear differential change, What Ratio? (archive)

I have a stock 95M3 and want to increase my time in the quarter mile. What are the rear end ratios available and what does a stock M have from the factory?
HOw many rpms will I be turning at 80mph? With the stock setup I am turning 3,500 at 80mph.
