got a ticket last Friday, newport Beach, (archive)

was driving with a friend on the Newport blvd to go to lunch, came to the stop light and made a right on 19th street, and there was a cop on the bike, flashed his lights, came after me, i was hoping he didn't pull me over for my exhaust or front license plate, he came up and gave me a ticket for seatbelt and a warning to my friend for not having his seatbelt on.
