I have an S4, because I live in CO and ski every weekend. I have an M3, because I've wanted one ever since I first got a ride in a '97. If I had to pick only one, I'd keep the S4, since I live in snow country. If I lived in a snow-less climate, I'd keep the M3. I tell the guys on AudiWorld the same thing. The M3 is WAY more fun to drive than the S4, IMO. I've had both on the track and while the S4 is fast, it just does not handle as well in stock form (not that either of mine are stock). Now, some will tell you that you can drive an M3 in the snow; it's true...you probably can (with proper tires). But, if you live where it snows, I'd recommend the S4. Or, better yet...get a beater for the winter and an M3 for the summer. 8^) Good luck!
