there's a whole lot of brackets you have to buy, brake ducts, your 325 foglithgs will fit... I'd goto the dealer, and ask them everything that you need, or get printouts of the 325 and m3, and compare... it doenst take much more than the bumper itself, just a bunch of small parts.

Good luck... the bumper REALLY improves the looks of the car. :)
