removing vader seat backing (archive)

the lever that pulls the seat forward for access to the back seat is not working. My guess: the spring is detached or worn out.

I have never removed the seat backing before, and I need to to get access to the spring.

Any help on how to do this would be a big help. Thanks in advance.
