this guy david on e46 forum has it:
"I bought it at Kohl BMW in Aachen, Germany while I was there in September. They had to mail it to me by UPS (shipping almost cost as much as the cover) because it is not a stocked item. Not all dealerships in Germany know about the special cover either. It just so happened that I was at AC Schnitzer (same building) and I was at the parts counter to pickup my ACS items. I found out that the lady at the counter spoke english, so I asked her about the special cover and sure enough she knew about. She then pull out the binder with the info. FYI, the cover does not have a BMW part number. It is specialy made for BMW M by a company called Bartlesmann."
