Had a run-in with one on the highway the other night. Dude was in my ass so I pulled out of the fast lane (I was tired). Then I saw that the guy was in a VOLVO as he pulled up along side of me. It was obvious he wanted to play, not get by. So, I shot back in front of him and waited for us to assume a constant speed of about 75. Then I hit it, expecing to leave him far back in my dust. To my surprise, I only gradually pulled away from him up to about 100, where he let-off. The whole way home I was listening to and feeling for my engine, convinced something was a miss. Then, when I got home and did a lil research on those Volvo S60's, I discovered that the high output turbo version has about 250hp and 240 lb of tq and a curb weight under 3200 lb. Be careful out there . . .

My sons Toyota will do 100mph........... its not how fast you go.. but how well you go fast that matters......
