I take 2 advil liquigels. I bite in to them one at a time and keep the liquid between my check and gum. Keep it off your tongue though because it taste totally nasty. Have a glass of water handy to wash it down after a few minutes( It will taste horrible no matter what). In about 30 minutes your headache will be gone. Nothing works for me, but this works.And its worth the horrible taste.
