PALM products are cool I think for gadget people or students...

BUT if you use word, powerpoint or excel and need to sync up with outlook at work..it's hard to beat the windows (CE) powered device.

I personally work for HP and have used the new Jornada 565 (lighter and more powerful than the 548), but I actually use the Palm M505.

The Sony is pretty cool though.

But of course before you buy, visit a Frys or Best buy and actually *feel* the units in the palm of your hand...and get a *feel* for the weight and such...
