Well, today myself and a friend installed my H&R Coilovers on my 1995 E36 M3. The fronts went on without any problem, it was incredibly easy, and the rears, after figuring out exactly how the rear spring perch was supposed to go, went on pretty easy as well. Well, I thought everything was great until I started to drive.

The car makes a "chunk" kinda noise when I hit any bump with the front passengerside wheel. I took the wheel off twice and remounted it to make sure that it was on properly. I even had a friend drive next to me to make sure it was spinning right, and it was. its not a good noise, but I dont know what it is.

Any ideas? the only thing I can think of is that the tie bar that bolts in up near the bottom of the spring perch isn't tight enough, or is missing a few threads, but I torqued that fooker down with an impact wrench. I can't get a jack underneath it to raise it up to see if thats the problem.

Any ideas?
TIA
