I got a board/binding/boot 2 years ago for the first time. Since I do not change boards every year, I got a Burton Custom, I am 6'2 don't remember the size :) Depending on whether you want a regular binding or clickers, either way you have to try out the boot for yourself and see what is comfortable otherwise you'll kill your feet. I tried 4 pairs on, ended up with Vans boots and Drake bindings. I like it.
