takes about 30 min. from what i have heard and it is a real no brainer as far as install. real easy to see how to do it, you probably won't even need to look at the instructions. see if you can get a chip at the same time as well. you can get them used for around $100 and they do make a noticable difference, detectable by the butt-dyno.
i highly recommend these, i have both and love em.
