saved money. and less miles is usually better i would think. 13k miles..difference is what a year of driving miles. BUT then again u say..first one with 70k miles is maintained well.

i would take both cars to a good mechanic get all the shit checked out. the water pump prolly needs replacing unless its been changed to the metal one already.
