If its sagging on the "passengers side" it's pretty easy to fix. What happened to mine as well as Conrad's, is that there is a piece that clips from the dampener to the glove box door. Remove the glove box, and you will see that the clip has slid back into the housing. Just reconnect by sliding it back thru the housing and clip it back into its place. You will find that that side will not sag anymore, and your glove box what just drop like a rock when you open it.
