websites www.motorcycle.com(look for shootouts), www.motorcyclenews.com. I have a YZF600R great bike but cheaper, and more midrange torque. I am interested in R6 sometime. Closest to a 250cc two stroke GP machine is bantered always, adds a certain mystique to it! My advice is to buy used, unless you want EFI which is coming but not here yet! Then buy really good tires!


this forum is very knowledgeable and helpful and i was wondering if anyone here has an R6, and if so, what they have to say about them. i am planning to get one in the spring and just wanted to here what some of you had to say about them as opposed to those who are completely obsessed with them on the Yamaha forums.

any info/oppinions greatly appreciated,
