oem is wasted of money...honestly speaking, who will actually notice you have a replica M3 spoiler? Unless there is a M3 badge craft on it, then people can realize it is fake or not.

I doubt your bodyshop is a professional place, spoilers are usually primed when you get them. The body shop will have to put gel coat on it before the real painting, so the paint won't slough off.

I don't know where you found $250 for a replica on ebay? I always see $100 and no one bids on them. I would pay $100, fnck it, get it paint, install it and drive around.
