96 M3 Clutch and flywheel (archive)

I just had a new OEM clutch and TMS lightweight flywheel installed in my 96 M3. It seems to be a little quicker but makes some strange noises now when the car is in neutral with my foot off of the clutch. It is a loud rattling sound coming from the transmission. Did the dealer mess something up? Thanks.
