those are the pads with the sensors that will trigger the warning light, you should be able to visually inspect the pads and see which ones are worn the most, most of the braking is done by the fronts so those are the most crucial to replace, I just replaced my front with pbr delux pads, they are a good combo of high perf/low dust.
