I am looking at buying a 97 or 98 M3 4dr 5 speed and have the following questions:

1) what steel wheels (if any) fit the E36 M3 in any size that are stock from a E36 318/325/328 or E46 323/325? I would like some cheap snow tires for the winter.
2) The car I want to buy does not have heated seats. Can elements be inserted in the seats and work, or do whole new seats and wiring need to be installed?
3) Are the really ugly gray/black door panels replacable with something from the 325/328? i.e. all black or all gray?
4) Can the headlights be retrofitted with HID or Xenon lights easily? How?
