M Coupe steering rack compatible with E36 M3? (archive)

I've driven an M Coupe and I love the steering. its much sharper than the M3s and I'm curious if there's anyway to fit the M Coupe steering to the M3? Would just the rack and power steering equipment be needed? is it feasable or even possible?
