I found a 3.2l for a m3 the engine code is em39.I t is for a 96-99. It is used and is running I have to find out how manny miles are on it. Its pretty complete. It comes with wiring, computer, intake, oil pan, fuel rack, etc. email me at m3madness@msn.com for more info.
